Личностные и ситуативные детерминанты проявлений гневау студенческой молодежи

Аннотация

Введение. Гнев рассматривается как распространенная эмоция, изучение которой в студенческой среде особенно актуально в связи с интенсивным становлением идентичности и эмоциональной регуляции в возрасте ранней взрослости. Цель исследования — анализ специфического влияния диспозиционных черт личности, уровня удовлетворенности жизнью и ситуативных стрессовых факторов на направленность проявлений гнева (вовне или внутрь) у студенческой молодежи.

Материалы и методы. Участниками исследования стали 148 студентов в возрасте от 16 до 21 года (M = 17,44, SD = 1,66), обучающиеся в среднем профессиональном и высшем учебных заведениях. Сбор данных осуществлялся с помощью «Опросника состояния, характеристики и ориентации гнева», «Опросника удовлетворенности жизнью», краткой версии опросника «Большая пятерка», а также авторской анкеты для оценки стрессовых событий. Статистическая обработка проводилась с использованием описательной статистики и регрессионного анализа в программе JASP.

Результаты исследования. Было обнаружено, что наиболее распространенными стрессорами для студентов являются академические долги, заболевания/травмы, а также смена места жительства. Высоко распространены и внутриличностные проблемы, и межличностные конфликты. Регрессионный анализ выявил, что высокий нейротизм и низкие показатели доброжелательности, добросовестности и экстраверсии — универсальные личностные предикторы гнева любой направленности. Ситуативные факторы дифференцированно влияли на направленность гнева: интропунитивный гнев был связан со смертью близкого и уменьшением встреч с любимым человеком, а экстрапунитивный — с вступлением в брак и проблемами с законом. Низкая удовлетворенность жизнью оказалась предиктором только интропунитивного гнева (на уровне статистической тенденции).

Заключение. Полученные результаты показывают, что черты личности задают общую склонность к гневу, а ситуация определяет его направленность: интропунитивные реакции связаны с утратой и личностными потерями, а экстрапунитивные — с изменениями социального статуса и конфликтами с социальными нормами. Это позволяет предположить, что работа с интропунитивным гневом должна быть направлена на преодоление руминации и чувства вины, а с экстрапунитивным — на развитие навыков разрешения конфликтов и адаптации к социальным требованиям. Дальнейшие исследования могут быть направлены на изучение когнитивных и копинг-механизмов, опосредующих выявленные связи.
