Феноменология переживания предвосхищающего горя у родственников тяжелобольных пациентов

Предвосхищающее горе понимается как горе, возникающее до утраты близкого человека и связанное с ожиданием его смерти. Для изучения феноменологии переживания предвосхищающего горя было разработано полуструктурированное интервью, в котором приняло участие 5 женщин в возрасте от 23 до 50 лет. Анализ результатов показал, что переживание предвосхищающего горя разворачивается на всех уровнях — от физического до духовного. Его ядерной характеристикой является амбивалентность переживаний, связанная с внутренним конфликтом «Бороться за жизнь или принять смерть?». Амбивалентность проявляется на духовном, психологическом и социальном уровнях переживания предвосхищающего горя, а ее основным психологическим механизмом выступает отрицание смерти, которое препятствует гореванию и прощанию с умирающим.
